Ariel Fuentes

A highly experienced security professional with more than 30+ years of leadership in safety, security operations, and professional training, Ariel Fuentes has worked across diverse sectors including maritime seaport security operations, commercial security operations, retail security environments, and executive protection. Throughout his career, he has led the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies designed to safeguard people, protect assets, and secure critical infrastructure within both public and private sector environments.

Mr. Fuentes has received specialized training alongside federal, state, and local agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Secret Service, United States Marshals Service, the United States Department of Homeland Security, local law enforcement agencies, and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. In addition to his operational responsibilities, he has served as a trusted private-sector liaison, helping strengthen collaboration between government authorities and private organizations on safety initiatives, threat prevention, and coordinated security efforts.

Further expanding his expertise, he completed specialized training with the United States Department of Defense focused on preparedness and coordinated response to potential terrorist takeovers of soft targets, reinforcing his capabilities in threat mitigation, crisis management, and emergency response planning.

His leadership and dedication to excellence have earned him repeated professional recognition, including being nominated for Director of Security Operations for three consecutive years. He has also received formal repeated recognition from the City of Doral Police Department for his longstanding collaboration and contributions toward reducing criminal activity within his sector of the City of Doral.

Beyond operational leadership, Mr. Fuentes has spent decades training individuals, professionals, and organizations on critical safety topics including self-defense, domestic violence awareness, and situational awareness. His training programs and security services have supported a wide range of organizations and community groups, including schools, autism employeesn with first responder programs, religious congregations, fire department personnel, shopping centers, Boy Scouts of America programs, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals.

In addition, he works closely with autism schools and programs serving individuals of all ages, helping staff, caregivers, and organizations improve safety awareness, behavioral crisis response, and protective strategies tailored to special-needs environments.
