Throughout his career, he has worked across a broad range of environments, including maritime and seaport security, commercial security operations, retail security, executive protection, critical infrastructure, and private-sector security.

Mr. Fuentes has developed and implemented comprehensive security strategies focused on protecting people, safeguarding assets, reducing risk, and strengthening organizational preparedness. His experience encompasses both operational and leadership roles, providing him with a practical understanding of the challenges organizations face in maintaining safe, secure, and resilient environments.

Through these relationships, he has supported initiatives involving crime prevention, threat awareness, emergency preparedness, safety planning, and coordinated response.

Mr. Fuentes has also served as a liaison and completed specialized training through the United States Department of Defense addressing preparedness and coordinated response to potential terrorist incidents involving soft targets.
